Volcanoes National Park

Volcanoes national park is located in the Northern Province at the Uganda-Rwanda –Congo border. This park is famously known for being a home to the rare mountain gorillas and this makes it the top destination in Rwanda. The park has other attractions such as Golden monkeys, Musanze cave, Karisimbi Mountain, Twin lakes of Bulera and Ruhondo, Dian Fossy tombs, River Mukungu and then the local communities.
