DAY 1; ARRIVAL AND TRANSFER TO VOLCANOES
On your arrival at Kigali airport, you will be met by our professional guide who will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Volcanoes national park. This journey to the Northern Province takes about 5hrs and it passes through beautiful terraced hillsides that display Rwanda’s landscape. Volcanoes national park is popularly known as a sanctuary to the rare mountain gorillas. On your arrival at Volcanoes national park, you will check in at Ingagi Park View Lodge for mid-range accommodation

DAY 2; GORILLA TREKKING EXPERIENCE
You will start your day with an early breakfast and then be transferred to the park headquarters for gorilla trekking briefing. You will then head into the park under the lead of arranger or guide for an opportunity to track the mountain gorillas through the light mountain forest on the slopes of Virunga. After spotting these incredible creatures, you will be given a chance to have a face to face encounter with these rare gorillas and also interact with them. After this amazing experience, you will return to your lodge for your lunch and refreshments. You will then go for the Iby Iwacu village visit to enjoy cultural experiences, traditions and beliefs of the local people. From here, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3; GOLDEN MONKEY TREKKING
You will begin your day with breakfast and get ready to be transferred to the park headquarters for golden monkey briefing from park rangers. You will then walk into the forest to track these primates. The golden monkeys are said to be the most endangered primates in Volcanoes national park. After tracking out these primates from a closer range which lasts about 2-3hrs, you will return to your lodge for lunch and rest of the day relaxation

DAY 4; VISITING DIAN FOSSY GRAVE
After having an early breakfast, you will be transferred to Karisoke, where Dian Fossy, a woman who is popularly known for having carried out a comprehensive research about mountain gorillas in Africa was buried and her friend gorilla which was called Digit. This area was designated as a tourist attraction. From here, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 5; HIKING BISOKE MOUNTAIN
You will start your day with an early breakfast and be transferred to the park entrance to start on hiking mount Bisoke. Hiking to the top of this mountain takes about 2hrs depending on your physical fitness and then 1hr sloping back. It’s a very tiring experience but worth it. From the top of the mountain, you will be able to see most of the activities taking place at the foothills of the mountain and in the park. From this tiring experience, you will return to your lodge for lunch and rest of the day relaxation.

DAY 6; VISITING THE TWIN LAKES AND BOAT RIDING
After having your breakfast from your lodge, , you will be picked to go and visit the twin lakes of Ruhondo and Bulera for a boat safari. This boat safari on the lakes will help you to calm your mind and your body while enjoying the beautiful scenery plus viewing different bird species on the lake shores. From here, you will be transferred to Kigali city with an overnight stay at City Blue Hotel

DAY 7; KIGALI CITY TOUR AND TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT
You will start your day with breakfast and then go for a city tour to visit places such as; Kigali genocide memorial museum, hand craft shops and the local market. From here, you will be transferred to Kigali international airport for your out bound transfer and that will mark the end of this amazing 7 days Rwanda wildlife safari.
