20 Days Remarkable Uganda full expedition
This 20 Days Remarkable Uganda full expedition offers a comprehensive exploration of Uganda’s natural wonders and cultural sites. The tour starts with your arrival at Entebbe airport from where you will be picked and transferred to Serena hotel – Kampala for your dinner and overnight stay. On the second day, you will drive to Jinja town, the source of River Nile and then proceed to Sipi view hotel for your dinner and overnight stay.
On the third day, you will hike the Sipi falls and then have a coffee tour. The next day will have you visiting the Plan- Upe game reserve before continuing your journey to Kidepo national park for an evening game viewing. Day 7, you will start it with a morning game drive and then have the next full day to hike the Morungole Mountain plus an encounter with the community people. The next day will be your transfer to Murchison falls national park from where you will have a morning game drive and a sunset boat cruise to the base of the falls.
The next day, you will move out of Murchison heading to Hoima town and spend your morning on a game drive before continuing to Kibale forest national park to visit the crater lakes in the evening. The next day, you will go for Chimpanzee trekking early in the morning and Bigodi swamp walk in the evening.
Another day will be for transferring you to Queen Elizabeth national park with a night game drive, followed by another game drive the next day with about ride along Kazinga channel. Day 15 &16 will be for exploring the Ishasha sector and then be transferred to Bwindi on the 17th day for gorilla trekking and golden monkey trekking experiences.
You will then head to Lake Bunyonyi for a canoe ride and relaxation. On the 20th day, you will be transferred to Lake Mburo national park and have a boat ride on Lake Mburo and then a morning game drive the next day as you head out of the park and be transferred to Entebbe airport of your international flight.

DAY 1; Transfer to your your hotel in Entebbe
On your arrival at Entebbe airport, you will be met by our professional guide who will introduce the 20 Days Remarkable Uganda full expedition and then transfer you to your lodge for your dinner and overnight stay. Depending on your arrival time at the airport, you may have an opportunity to explore Entebbe town. Entebbe town is located on Lake Victoria shores, blessed with several attractions such as Botanical gardens, State house, Uganda wildlife education center, plus several beaches.

DAY 2; Transfer to Jinja
After having your breakfast, you will start on your journey to Jinja. Jinja is a small town located in Eastern Uganda and famously known for having the source of the Nile river which is the longest river in the world. Upon your arrival in Jinja, you will visit the source of the source of the Nile which is appoint from where River Nile starts its long journey to the Mediterranean sea. Here, you will take a boat ride on the river which will give you a chance to see the surrounding area including the Bujagali falls and other areas of interests. From here, you will head to Jinja town for your lunch and then proceed to Sipi falls which is located at the foothills of mount Elgon, near Uganda Kenya border. On your arrival, you will check in at Sipi view hotel for your dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3; Full Day at Sipi falls
On your third day of your 20 Days Remarkable Uganda full expedition, After having your breakfast, you will start on your hiking experience to the top of Sipi falls or have a walk around the falls depending on your preference. The Sipi falls is a stunning set of three water falls which are located in the foot hills of Mount Elgon. You can take a dip in one of the natural pools or swim under the falls incase you are interested. You will then return to your lodge for lunch and afternoon relaxation and then be picked later to visit coffee plantations, from where you can learn coffee growing process from planting-harvesting and roasting. You will also be able to enjoy afresh brewed cup of coffee. You will then return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay

DAY 4; Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park
Kidepo national park is located n the North Eastern part of Uganda, near the border of Kenya and South Sudan. The park is one of the most remote and least visited park in Uganda, but also one of the most spectacular and diverse. It’s a home to several mammals such as cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, African hunting dogs, greater Kudu and others. To enter Kidepo form Sipi falls, you will have to embark on a long journey, which will take you through the scenic and rugged landscapes of North Eastern Uganda, passing through small rural villages and traditional home steads. This drive may last between 8-10 hrs. You will thus have an en route lunch and then proceed with your journey. On your arrival at Kidepo national park, you will check in at Kidepo Savannah lodge and then have a night game drive of about 2hrs. This game drive will take you through the vast savannah plains of the park; you will have an opportunity to see animals such as leopards, hyenas, cheetahs and others in their natural habitats. After the game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 5; Full Day in Kidepo Valley National Park
After having your breakfast on your day5 of your 20 Days Remarkable Uganda full expedition, you will go for a morning game drive which provides visitors an opportunity to explore the park and view wildlife species such s large herds of buffaloes, zebras, elephants, giraffes and lions. After this game drive that lasts about 3hrs, you will return to your lodge for lunch and rest of the day relaxation

DAY 6; Full Day in Kidepo Valley National Park
You will start your day with breakfast and then embark on full day hiking the Morungole mountains which are located in the North-Eastern part of Uganda. This hike is designed to give you an opportunity to experience the stunning landscapes of Kidepo valley national park. The Morungole Mountains are a series of volcanic peaks that rise up to 2,750metres above sea level and re a home to a variety of wild life species such as zebras, buffaloes, and several bird species. The hike will take you through some of the most scenic areas of the mountains including valleys, rock formations and natural springs. This hiking takes place under the guidance of a professional guide who will be providing you with information about the flora, fauna and culture of the area. You will then return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 7; Transfer from Kidepo Valley to Murchison Falls National Park
On this day, you will start it with an early breakfast and then start on a game drive in Kidepo national park to catch a glimpse of the parks diverse wildlife. You will have an opportunity to see animals such as leopards, zebras, giraffes, cheetahs, elephants and several bird species. After the game drive, you will have an early lunch and get ready to be transferred to Murchison falls national park. The journey will take you through scenic Northern Uganda landscapes, where you will pass through small towns, farmlands and tea plantations. On your arrival at Murchison, you will check in at Pakuba lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 8; Full day in Murchison falls National Park
Murchison falls national park is Uganda’s largest national park with a variety of wildlife species such as lions, leopards buffaloes, hippos and crocodiles. The park is located in Western Uganda- Masindi area. It has other attractions apart from wildlife such as Budongo forest, Ziwa rhino sanctuary and several bird species such as the unique Shoe-bill. You will start your day with breakfast and then go for a morning game drive in the park which gives you an opportunity to view animals when they are still in their natural habitats. During the game drive, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the park which includes; grassy plains, rolling hills and river line forests. You will also be able to spot animals such as leopards, buffaloes, lions and others. After the game drive, you will return to your lodge for lunch and afternoon relaxation. In the late afternoon, you will go for a boat ride to the base of the falls, where River Nile forces its way through a narrow gorge to form the world’s strongest water falls. This boat ride will give you a chance to get close and personal with the falls. You will also have an opportunity to view a variety of animals such as hippos, crocodiles, elephants and several bird species such as the rare Shoe-bill at the river banks. DAY 9; Morning game drive and transfer to Hoima
You will start your 10th day with breakfast and get ready for a morning game drive. This game drive provides visitors an opportunity to view the park’s wildlife in their natural habitats such as the herds of buffaloes, elephants, lions, antelopes and others. After the game drive, you will continue with a transfer to Hoima town. The drive to Hoima offers scenic views of the country side and a chance to see local people doing their daily activities like digging.
Hoima town is located in Western Uganda and it’s famously known for its oil reserves and rich cultural sites. Visitors should expect to learn about the history and customs of Bunyoro kingdom and visit local landmarks such as the Bunyoro palace. On your arrival in Hoima town, you will check in at your booked hotel for your accommodation. This day will offer a balance of adventure and relaxation, with a game drive followed by a scenic drive to Hoima town for an overnight stay.

DAY 10; Transfer from Hoima to Kibale National Park
On the 11th day of your 21 days Uganda safari, you will travel from Hoima town to Kibale national park. This journey which takes a few hours passes through beautiful country side and rural villages along the way. You will reach Kibale national park in the afternoon, check in at Isunga lodge for lunch and refreshments. You will then go to explore Kibale crater lakes. The crater lakes are a series of lakes which are located in the vicinity of Kibale national park and are known for their beautiful scenery and bird species. You will walk around the lake and enjoy the surroundings. There will also be a chance to interact with the local communities so that you are able to learn about their ways of life and their beliefs. From here, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 11; Full Day in Kibale National Park
This day is dedicated to full exploring of Kibale national park. This park is one of the most popular safari destinations, known for its diverse range of Chimpanzees. The park is known for having the largest population of chimpanzee in Uganda. After having an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for chimpanzee trekking briefing. You will then head into the forest under the lead of a park ranger for an opportunity to track chimpanzees which takes you a few hours depending on how far these primates have moved since they were last located. Once you have located these chimpanzees, you will be given a maximum of one hour to watch them and see how they interact with each other. While tracking out these chimpanzees, you should look out for other primates such as the black and white colobus monkeys. After chimpanzee trekking, you will return to your lodge for lunch. You will be picked n the late afternoon to go for Bigodi swamp walk. This guided walk takes place through Bigodi wetland sanctuary which is a community based project that aims at protecting the wetland eco system and promoting sustainable tourism. During this walk, you will be able to spot primates such as the black and white monkeys, the grey cheeked mangabey and several bird species. You will also be able to learn about the culture and tradition of the local communities. From here, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 12; Transfer from Kibale to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After having your breakfast, you will start on your journey to Queen Elizabeth national park which lasts about 4hrs depending on the exact location of your booked accommodation. The drive itself is a scenic journey as it passes through rural villages, small towns, forests and farmlands. There is a possibility of seeing animals such as monkeys and birds along the way. On your arrival at Queen Elizabeth, you will check in at Kasenyi safari lodge for your lunch and afternoon relaxation. You will then be picked in the evening for an opportunity to explore the park on a night game drive which takes place in the Kasenyi plains, an area where many of the parks iconic wildlife species can be spotted such as lions, elephants, antelopes and buffaloes. The game drive will give visitors an opportunity to see these animals in their natural habitats. After the gamed drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 13; Full Day in Queen Elizabeth National park
This 14th day of your 21 days Uganda safari involves a morning game drive and abpat safari on Kazinga channel. After having your breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive which will offer you an opportunity to explore the park during early hours when animals are still in their natural habitats and are most active. This game drive will give you an opportunity to view animals such as lions, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, antelopes and many others. After the game drive, you will return to your lodge for lunch and afternoon relaxation. In the late afternoon, you will be picked to go for a boat safari at Kazinga channel, a natural water way that connects Lake George and Lake Edward. This boat safari offers you a unique experience of the park from the water with an opportunity to view aquatic animals such as hippos , crocodiles, water bucks and bird species. DAY 14; Game viewing in Ishasha sector
After having your breakfast, you will be transferred to Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth for a game viewing experience in search of the tree climbing lions. The Ishasha sector is located in the Southern part of the park and its famously known for tree climbing lions. The lions here are known for climbing tree so as to escape heat and avoid biting insects. Its estimated that about 50 lions stay in this Ishasha sector. During this game drive, visitors will also have an opportunity of spotting other animals such as buffaloes, elephants, antelopes and several bird species. After this game drive which last about 3-4hrs, you will return to your lodge for lunch and rest of the day for relaxation.

DAY 15; Transfer from Ishasha sector to Bwindi
Day 15 of your 20 Days Remarkable Uganda full expedition involves another game viewing in Ishasha and a transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park. The main aim of this second game viewing experience is to create an opportunity for you to catch on the animals which you could have missed out on your previous game drive. As you are game viewing, you will continue with the drive and head out of Queen Elizabeth and head to Bwindi impenetrable national park.
Bwindi Impenetrable national park is famously known for being a home to half of the remaining rare mountain gorillas on earth. The park is ranked a world heritage site by UNESCO because of its outstanding significance. Visitors here have an opportunity of tracking the mountain gorillas, through the dense forest under the guidance of an experience park ranger. Apart from gorilla trekking, the park has other experiences such as nature walks and bird watching. Visitors here will also have an opportunity to learn about local communities and their ways of life through the Batwa cultural village visits. DAY 16; Full Day in Bwindi- Gorilla Trekking
On this day, you will have an early breakfast and get ready to be transferred to the park headquarters for gorilla trekking briefing from the park rangers. After the briefing, you will walk deep into the forest to track out the mountain gorillas. The trekking experience can last up to 8hrs depending on the location of the gorillas. After spotting the gorillas, you are given an opportunity to interact with these incredible creatures as the park ranger gives you information about them. You will also be given a chance to enjoy your lunch from the jungle, thus you should make sure to park your lunch boxes before leaving your lodge so that you don’t miss out on this chance. This unique and unforgettable experience with these incredible creatures in their natural habitats is one in a million From the forest, you will go for Batwa cultural village visit. DAY 18; Full day Lake Bunyonyi- Canoe ride and community visit
Lake Bunyonyi is surrounded by lush green hills and it’s dotted with several islands. It’s a popular destination for tourists as it offers arrange of activities such as canoe rides and community interactions. After having your breakfast, you will you go for canoe ride on Lake Bunyonyi. This lake is a home to very many bird species. It also has calm waters which make it an ideal spot for a peaceful and relaxing outing. During the canoe rides, visitors will be given an opportunity to explore the small islands and to the swimming lovers, this will be your chance to dip yourself into this clear and refreshing water. DAY 19; Transfer from Lake Bunyonyi to Lake Mburo National Park
On this second last day of your 20 days Uganda safari, you will first have your breakfast and then start on your journey to Lake Mburo national park. This journey will take you through scenic landscapes and you will be given a chance to stop and take in the beautiful views along the way.
Lake Mburo national park is located in the Western Uganda, Mbarara area. Lake Mburo national park is the closest national park to Kampala and it’s famously known for its largest concentration of zebras. It has experiences such as game drives, boat riding on Lake Mburo, Horseback riding and bird watching along the lake shores.
On your arrival at Lake Mburo national park, you will check in at Rwakobo lodge for your lunch and afternoon relaxation. In the evening, you will go for a game viewing safari to explore the park and see its wildlife such as zebras, impalas, buffaloes, elephants, kobs and many others. DAY 21; Transfer from Lake Mburo to Kampala
After having your early breakfast, you will have a morning game drive to view animals which you could have missed out during your previous game viewing experience. After the game drive, you will continue with the drive and head out of the park and embark on your journey to Kampala. This journey will take about 4-5hrs, passing through landscapes with a stopover at the Equator in Kayabwe for pictures and fruits. You will then proceed with your journey up to Entebbe airport for your international flight and that will mark the end of this memorable and fulfilling safari.
